WEEKLY EVENTS

TROPICAL FOREST ECO-ADVENTURE - THE MASTIC TRAIL

Tuesday through Friday mornings

A guided nature walk along a historical trail passing through Grand Cayman's rugged interior and into the heart of the Old Growth forest of the Mastic Reserve. Tours are approximately 3 hours in duration

CI$20 for members, CI$24 (US$30) for non-members, children 12 and under half price.

Additional days and private tours may also be available.

HISTORIC TOURS -THE MISSION HOUSE

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm

The Mission House historic site was home to early missionaries who worked in the church and encouraged education for our island’s youth. The house also served as school and later a private resident to the Watler family, which was one of the two first family names on island. To better understand our history and culture, join us for a visit today!

Guided tours are provided on the hour with the last tour at 12pm. Reservations for groups of 10 or more people are required.

Admission: Adults CI$6 or Children CI$3. Mission House is located at #63 Gun Square, Bodden Town, Grand Cayman.

BLUE IGUANA SAFARI

Monday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. at the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park

Come and meet the Blues! This one and a half hour fully guided tour takes you behind the scenes at the captive breeding facility. Cost is CI $24 and includes admission to the Park. Tickets available at the Park Gate, reservations are not required.

ENVIRONMENTAL EXPERIENCES

Private Guided NATURE TOURS

CaymANNature offers Private Guided NATURE TOURS of Grand Cayman’s Eastern Districts by car (air-conditioned) seeing different vegetation zones, with native wildlife and culturally significant plants that are part of the unique history of the Cayman Islands. The route follows the South coast to Bodden Town, East End village, Colliers, Queens Highway, Old Man Bay, Frank Sound Road and back to starting point. There will be stops at various points of interest along the way. Flexible pick up points. Water provided.

Full day Private UP-CLOSE NATURE TOUR (6 hours) by car, by special arrangement

Mangrove Boat Tour

Learn about Grand Cayman's beautiful mangrove forest while looking for unique birds to the Cayman Islands, baby fish like barracuda in the mangrove nursery, seahorse, anemones and iguanas climbing among the tangled mangrove roots on a comfortable and intimate boat tour with Cayman Sea Elements. Tickle a jellyfish in our touch tank on the mangrove tour!   Suitable for all ages and families! Several tours weekly.

Mangrove & Seagrass Snorkel Tour

Learn about these environments before you follow your guide from Cayman Sea Elements among the tangled roots of the mangrove forests and over the seagrass meadows. Go slow and look small for tunicates, anemones, seahorses and octopus! We may even be visited by Spotted Eagle Rays.

Suitable for the more experienced snorkeler or diver. Several tours weekly.
