Environmental:

  1. Mastic Trail and Reserve-The North Trailhead has a few ticks, be sure to apply insect repellant.  The Southern end is quite muddy and wet, waterproof hiking boots are suggested; otherwise your feet will be soaked.  OPEN
  2. Governor Gore Bird Sanctuary- Be sure to take advantage of the boardwalk and blind for your birdwatching enjoyment. Please take care not to litter or dump garbage of any sort. OPEN
  3. Heritage Beach-OPEN
  4. Central Mangrove Wetlands-OPEN, accessible only by boat. Please see relevant marine park laws.
  5. Salina Reserve-CLOSED, no access
  6. Booby Pond Nature Reserve-OPEN, please use observation platform at Trust House.
  7. Brac Parrot Reserve-OPEN
  8. The Splits-CLOSED, no access.

Historic:

  1. Jackson Wall Historic Site-CLOSED, Destroyed by Hurricane Ivan
  2. Mission House Historic Site-Tuesday through Saturday, 9am-5:30pm. OPEN.
  3. Miss Izzy’s Schoolhouse- destroyed by Hurricane Ivan, site is CLOSED.
  4. Watler Cemetery-OPEN
  5. Dr. Roy’s Ironshore-OPEN
  6. Fort George-OPEN
  7. Bodden Town Guardhouse Park-OPEN
  8. Lighthouse Park-OPEN
  9. Savannah Schoolhouse-OPEN by appointment
  10. Eldemire House-CLOSED for roof repairs
  11. Nurse Leila's Home-Offices of Cayman Traditional Arts, 946-0117. 

Species Preservation:

  1. Blue Iguana Recovery Programme-OPEN, please call to arrange a tour

Visitors Centres:

  1. Grand Cayman- OPEN, 9am-5:30pm M-F, 558 S. Church St., Dart Family Park , George Town. 
  2. Grand Cayman- OPEN, 9am-12:30pm, Tue-Fri, 9am-4:30pm Sat, 63 Gun Square Rd., Bodden Town. 
  3. Little Cayman- OPEN, 9am-5pm M-F Blossom Village
  4. Cayman Brac- OPEN, by appointment
